1. Progress report and concrete plans for advancing the three collaboration priorities identified at the second meeting:

• NanoDistrict Plus; lead - Arie Rip

• National Discourses of Comparative Advantage; lead - Chris Newfield

• Comparing scientific imaginaries; lead - Dan Sarewitz

2. Designing a research workshop for the next INSN event perhaps focused around one or more of the above priorities.

3. Establishing a framework and process for student and researcher exchanges, with concrete proposals for the first round of exchanges.

4. Funding needs and discussion of funding options and strategies.

5. Other business as appropriate.
